Platform Terms

Effective 19 September 2026

1. Account use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use OroSignage only for lawful business activity. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and approved users.

2. Content and campaigns

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant OroSignage the limited rights required to review, schedule, distribute, and report that content. You must hold all permissions needed for the media, claims, music, trademarks, and personal data you submit.

3. Bookings and payments

Displayed prices, taxes, payment status, availability, campaign approvals, proof of play, refunds, and partner settlements are governed by the confirmed booking and applicable commercial agreement. Inventory is not reserved until the platform confirms it.

4. Platform conduct

You may not interfere with platform security, access another customer's data, distribute malicious material, manipulate playback evidence, or use the service in breach of law or display-owner restrictions.

5. Availability and liability

OroSignage may suspend access to protect the service or comply with law. Service commitments, warranties, liability limits, and dispute terms may also be defined in a signed customer or partner agreement, which takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
