Privacy Policy

1. Information collected
OroSignage processes account details, organisation and billing information, campaign content, device telemetry, playback records, support communications, security logs, and payment references needed to operate the platform.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate displays and campaigns, process payments, reconcile proof of play, support customers, secure the service, comply with law, and improve platform reliability.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with display and campaign counterparties where required for a booking, and with contracted infrastructure, communications, analytics, and payment providers. OroSignage does not sell personal information.
4. Retention and security
Records are retained for operational, contractual, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal needs. OroSignage uses access controls, encrypted transport, protected browser sessions, audit records, and restricted production access to reduce risk.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some financial, security, and playback records must be retained even after account closure.
